Guitar Sessions cover a variety of styles and techniques including finger-picking, power chords, strumming patterns, modern guitar riffs, basic scales, lead guitar basics, chord-tone soloing, notation reading and TAB, blues-rock licks and more!
For more intermediate level players, we dive a little deeper. Covering melodic and syncopated phrasing, slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs, right and left-hand tapping, string skipping and bending, palm muting, arpeggios and vibrato, notation reading, TAB and intermediate looping techniques.
If your interest is Blues, we have Guitar Sessions that explore electric blues, blues progressions, the distinctive single note style of BB King, the style of Stevie Ray Vaughan, progressive blues licks as well as the use of jazz concepts to add sophistication to your blues lines.
Song choices for our Piano Sessions are carefully arranged for different experience levels with Piano Sessions for Beginner to Intermediate players.
Piano Sessions start with warm-up exercises and progress on to scales and arpeggios, theory and tips on how to read music notation.
We amp up the Piano Sessions with inspiring keyboard chords, inversions and chord progressions – applied in a variety of music styles including rock, pop, classic rock, blues, R&B and more!
